Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using Khairat Foundation services.
First: Nature of the Service
Khairat Foundation is an entity that executes religious rites and charitable services under Sharia-compliant agency. Services include: Aqiqah, vows (Nadhr), charity (Sadaqah), Qurbani, wells, water connections, and mosque construction. Any service is executed based on the client-provided details and intention.
Second: Booking Confirmation
A booking is officially confirmed when the message (Booking Confirmed) is sent. Booking confirmation means the client fully agrees to all terms and conditions.
Third: Agency and Intention
Completing a booking is considered an explicit authorization for Khairat Foundation to perform the rite on behalf of the client. Intention and naming are made in the name of the delegated person exactly as provided in the submitted details. One single rite cannot be performed on behalf of more than one person.
Fourth: Booking Edit, Cancellation, or Replacement
The deadline to edit details, replace the Aqiqah, or cancel the booking is 01:00 AM on the booking day itself. After this deadline, no edits or cancellations are possible.

Seventh: Communication and Delivery Method
All communication and documentation are provided via WhatsApp only. Delivery is not provided through any other channel.
Eighth: Documentation (General Principle)
Documentation is intended for reassurance and proof of execution, not for advertising. The documentation type and duration depend on the payment status.
Ninth: Partial Payment (Outstanding Balance)
If there is an outstanding balance: the client receives initial documentation of 10 seconds. It clearly proves that the service has been completed. It is valid for one-time viewing only, and is not downloadable or forwardable. Initial documentation is considered clear proof of completion and execution of the rite. No additional documentation is delivered before full settlement.
Tenth: Outstanding Payment Completion Time
The full remaining balance must be completed immediately after receiving the initial documentation. Failure to complete payment stops delivery of any further documentation and may result in delayed delivery as determined by the foundation.
